Senior Citizens' Apartments

Total of 132 apartments.

• Lacombe facilities include: Cameron Manor (5326 51 Ave), Spruce Terrace (5002 51 Ave) and Parkview Manor (4510 C&E Trail)
• Eckville: Lion's Golden Villas
• Bentley: Oxford Court
• Blackfalds: Tower Manor
• Alix: Lakeview Manor
• Mirror: Lamerton Place

Parkview Manor is attached to Lacombe Lodge and has one bedroom apartments with a few studio apartments also available. Apartments include fridge, stove and in-suite storage. Also included is a common room with a piano, pool table, TV, shuffleboard and library.

One bedroom apartments available in the other buildings also inlcude fridge, stove, and in-suite storage. Laundry machines are available for all tenants. Rent includes water, sewer and heat. Power, cable, phone, and parking are extra. Facilities in Lacombe also have a hot noon meal available in-house Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Senior citizens' apartments are for seniors 65 years & older. Rental fees are 30% of income, with a maximum rent of $400 - $550 (depending on the facility). Security deposit is $100. Apply to the Lacombe Foundation (403.782.3811). Applications may be picked up, mailed, faxed, emailed or downloaded from our web page. Applications include a doctor's statement of health, an interview and a wait for vacancy.
