Community Housing for Low-Income Families

Total of 31 housing units in Lacombe, 1 in Alix.

Basic housing is provided for low-income families, based on needs (income, size of family, current situation and special circumstances). Housing includes fridge, stove, heat & sewer. Tenant is responsible for power, phone, cable, and security deposit (one month's rent).

Community housing is for low-income families. Rent is 30% of income. Apply to the Lacombe Foundation (403.782.3811). Applications may be picked up, mailed, faxed, emailed, or downloaded from our web page. Included in the application process is a statement of income, an interview, and a wait for vacancy. Rent rates are reviewed on an annual basis. Housing accommodation is based on availability as well as priority rating.
